TEST FIXTURE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
NWI designs and builds complete test fixtures that use mechanical probes to measure and apply signals to your DUT (Device Under Test) per your test specifications.
Our test fixtures include a custom clam shell mechanical fixture with spring probes that electrically connect to test pads on your DUT. We design and build the electronics and software to test the DUT per your test specifications; user interface may be a laptop or other PC. Test results of the DUT are often stored by serial number for future documentation and analysis.

Our engineers begin with a GERBER file of your Device Under Test (DUT) and work with you to identify test points, keep out areas, and other aspects of your test configuration.
